About rxstat

rxstat tracks drug shortages in Canada. Manufacturers are legally required to report shortages and discontinuations to Health Canada; rxstat republishes that data with one crucial difference: it is aggregated per drug, not per paperwork filing, so you can see in one glance whether the medication you take is affected, how badly, and when supply is expected to recover.

rxstat is built and run independently in Canada by the maker of erstat.ca, the Canadian ER wait time tracker. It is not affiliated with Health Canada, any manufacturer, or any pharmacy.
